	Abusive Environment	A perceived environment when judged by a reasonable person in the victim's circumstances.
	Age Discrimination	An unfair or bias treatment of a person because of their age.
	Age Discrimination in Employment (ADEA)	Prohibits employment discrimination because a worker is age 40 or older. The coverage of the ADEA is similar to Title VII except that a private employer needs 20 employees to be covered.
	Americans with Disabilities Act	Prohibits employment discrimination against employees with disabilities.
